Harahan, LA (June 27, 2006) - Interstate Electronic Systems, L.L.C., an audio-visual and security integrations firm based just outside New Orleans, is pleased to announce the opening of a third satellite office in Jackson, Mississippi.

"We are very excited to be opening this office in Jackson," said Lloyd Francioni, Managing Partner at IES. "This opens new opportunities for us by having representation in the state. We are looking forward to the development of this office."

The Jackson office will be run by Ron Smith, CTS. Ron is a 30+ year veteran in the industry. His responsibilities will include the development of new business, maintaining existing accounts as well as sales, project design and implementation. Current or proposed projects include The City of Jackson Homeland Management Center Videowall, Mississippi Department of Transportation TMC Videowall, IP Hotel & Casino and several smaller projects.

"I am excited about being in Mississippi," said Smith. "We bring a new attitude and fresh ideas to this area."
